If you would like to pay with a credit or Health Saving Account credit card, then please go to your PayPal account. Select pay or send money. Click on pay for goods or services. Type in [email protected] as the email address requested. Enter the dollar amount that you wish to pay from your billing statement. Put in any message about your bill. Click continue. On the next page, click send money now. You must have a PayPal account to do this.
